School Work
Spotland Community School is just down the road from St Edmund's Church, and some of the classes have been learning about the Christian faith with help from St Edmund's.
YEAR 2
have been learning about Baptism and acted out a baptism with their own baby girl, parents, Godparents and congregation. Here is our 'baptism' photo!

Religious Education
YEAR 1
have done lovely work on 'What christians do in church' and have drawn pictures of the Altar bread and wine and the candles.
YEAR 4
have been working on different world faiths. In Christianity they learnt about Church buildings, the Bible and the festivals in the church year. Their beautiful display, including a model of a church, is on display in St Edmund's.
